I am proud to say that it’s been over one month since I quit social media.
It hasn’t been easy, to be honest. As I have shared in my previous posts, I had to face many downsides, such as loneliness and feeling isolated in a world ruled by screens.
It also hasn’t been linear at all. Sometimes, I feel that quitting social media is the best decision I have ever made. Other times, however, the urge to come back to it is so strong that it leaves this uneasy feeling in my stomach, as if I am making a mistake by stepping outside of the digital world.
But am I truly stepping outside of the digital world, though?
